Ready for some yoga?
These detoxing yoga moves are sure to get your blood pumping in the right direction!
Assume an upright standing position (Mountain pose). Shift all weight onto your right leg and gradually raise the left until your body lays horizontal on one leg.
Warrior III – 5 breaths
Place left foot to the ground and assume a lunge position. Place right hand to the ground and look behind you.
Raise left hand to a point.
Rotated Side Angle – 5 breaths
Release your arms and gently let them fall to the mat, step your forward foot back and go into the Downward Dog position.
Downward Dog – 5 breaths
