How Do I Take My 30 Day Challenge?

Where are your products manufactured?

99% of our manufacturing is done in-house right here in Longwood, FL in our GMP-compliant, FDA Inspected Facility. Any product outsourced due to extreme demand is contracted to a Domestic, GMP compliant, FDA inspected facility that meets our same high standards of quality. We are committed to US manufacturing and maintaining the most rigorous levels of quality control.

What supplement is right for me?

Our product descriptions are rooted in scientific research, and include appropriate usage, ingredients, and feedback from our customers; however, as with any nutritional supplement product, please check with your doctor or health care professional for guidance on potential side effects.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation number and/or receipt number at the email address used during checkout. Processing generally takes anywhere from 24-72 hours (please note extended processing time may occur during sale periods). Once your package has been picked up by our contracted carrier you will receive tracking information and a helpful link to view your package's progress.

What if my order has been lost?

Where is my order shipping from?

Orders are shipped from our production facility in Longwood, Florida. Domestic orders are typically delivered via USPS with Priority Shipping in 2-5 business days. International shipments are shipped in 5-10 business days; expected delivery time with customs and shipping times, can be an additional 2-14 business days, depending on your country.

I used an old address when I placed my order, what do I do?

Even auto-fill makes mistakes! Simply shoot our support department an email at support@nutrakeyhealth.com, and we'll help fix your order in no time.

If I order from an international country, will I be charged a customs tax upon receiving my order?

Our shipping charge for international orders accounts only for our carrier's cost. Each country's regulations are different so there is a chance that you may be responsible for additional customs fees upon receiving your package. NutraKey is not responsible for any additional taxes/fees imposed by customs and we encourage you to study your local regulations.

How do I go about returning an order?

Any returns must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery. Sealed products in their original packaging are eligible for a full cash refund. Opened products are only eligible for an exchange. Opened products must still be 75% full by weight to be eligible for an exchange. Any apparel items that are returned will only be eligible for an exchange or NutraKey store credit.

I don't like my flavor, can I request a swap?

Under our 100% satisfaction guarantee, the first swap is on us! Simply contact a support specialist at support@nutrakeyhealth.com and we can arrange for a flavor exchange. See our full return policy for additional details.

I purchased apparel and it doesn't fit properly. How do I go about an exchange?

As per standard company policy, apparel purchased directly from NutraKey may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Please reach out to us at support@nutrakeyhealth.com, and we will gladly issue a prepaid return label to exchange the items.
