Different Types of Creatine
Aug 22, 2018NutraKey offers a wide variety of creatine and all of them have different effects.
Here are the different types of creatine that we offer and some of their pros and cons.
Creatine Monohydrate
This is the original form of creatine that has been taken for years. It is the most professionally tested and critically acclaimed. A classic.

Micronized Creatine Hydrochloride
This is basically the same as creatine monohydrate except the molecules have been divided and cut. This process increases their absorption and reduces stomach discomfort. Additionally, Creatine in the Hydrochloride form increases bioavailability, allowing your body to actually use more of the creatine you take, and require less powder per dosage.

Creatine Ethyl Ester
This form is like a normal creatine molecule except for the fact that it has an ester attached. Normal types of creatine have one positive end and one negative end which causes less absorption into the body however this creatine’s extra ‘ester’ counters the charge and enhances absorption to almost 99%. This is the most absorbent creatine to date.
