Craving some cookie dough but don’t want to take the risk of getting poisoned by raw eggs?
Doesn’t sound like a good time.
Try out this cookie dough recipe that is totally delicious, high in protein, vegan, and guilt free.
1 15 oz can of Organic Garbanzo Beans/Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
3 tbs of Organic Peanut Butter
2 scoops Vanilla VPro Plant Protein
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
5-10 drops of liquid Stevia to taste
Pinch of sea salt
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Graham crackers to serve, optional
- Combine all ingredients except for milk and chocolate chips in food processor or blender. You wont taste the beans, trust me.
- Slowly drizzle in the milk until mixture reaches desired consistency.
- Transfer to a bowl and stir in chocolate chips.
- Baking is optional but just be sure to put small scoops on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 F until cookies start to brown around the edges.
