Set Strength Goals
Get Stronger, Not Just Bigger.

If you weigh 170 lbs you want to eat about 136 grams of protein.

Focus on Compound Exercises
Two Birds, One Stone.
Don’t be the dude that has never heard of leg day… or legs at all.
Lifts that work more than one muscle at a time are compound exercises.
Great Exercise Examples:
The Deadlift
Squat
Military Presses
Pull Ups
Row
Chin-Up
Kettlebell Swings
When performing any of these exercises, be sure to use weights that will be heavy enough so that you will feel it working but not so heavy that it’s difficult to perform the exercise correctly.
Not only do these types of lifts improve muscle growth, they also increase testosterone levels. They should be the focus of your workout while isolation should be the extra add ons for later.
If you insist upon training one muscle at a time, put a lot more weight on the muscle than you normally would to increase muscle mass in that area.
Sleep More
