There’s nothing better than exploring a new location. With a sightseeing run not only will you see the entirety of your new found destination but you will also be able to burn some calories.

Stairs are a great way to fit in some quick cardio on the go. A stair work-out gets your blood moving and heart pumping. Not only that, stairs can be found virtually anywhere.
3. Team Up
Playing bocce ball on the beach with some friends, tossing a frisbee, or even a game of drunken tag is a good way to burn some calories. Just remember to stay hydrated!
