1. Sightseeing Run
There’s nothing better than exploring a new location. With a sightseeing run not only will you see the entirety of your new-found destination, but you will also be able to burn some calories. Why take your trip in a stuffy hotel gym when you could be outside seeing the world and getting a nice work-out.
2. Stairs
Stairs are a great way to fit in some quick cardio on the go. A stair work-out gets your blood moving and heart pumping. Not only that, stairs can be found virtually anywhere.
3. Team Up
