Turning your favorite powdered supplements into ice cubes are a perfect way to incorporate them into everything that you drink.

For this recipe, we’re taking this ice and blending it into a juice that will have you hydrated and ready to go after your workouts!
Super Recovery Ice Cubes
2 Cups Coconut Water
2 Scoops BCAA Optima (any flavor but for this recipe I’m using Strawberry Watermelon)
Recovery Juice Blend
1 Cup Coconut Water
2 Cups Watermelon, diced
1 Orange, juiced
1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
- Mix coconut water and BCAA Optima in a large cup and pour into an ice cube tray. Freeze overnight.
- Blend the ice, coconut water, watermelon chunks, the juice of one orange, and 1/2 cup frozen stawberries.
- Pour into a large shaker or glass.
